Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@elixir-parfums.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

 

Exclusion of right of withdrawal:

• 1. The entrepreneur can exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for products as described in paragraph 2. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal only applies if the entrepreneur clearly states this in the offer,
  at least in good time before concluding the agreement.
• 2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
  • that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
  • that are clearly personal in nature;
  • that can spoil or age quickly;
  • the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence
    has;
  • for hygienic products of which the consumer has broken the seal.

Step 1: Download the return form and fill it in.

Step 2: Place the return form together with a copy of the proof of purchase in a shipping box with the product to be returned. Make sure you pack your package as protected as possible.

Step 3: Take the return to your courier and have it shipped.
